Complaints

To file a complaint, write to us via the contact form here or directly to our email address: info@presivo.com

In your message, please:

  • Describe the reason for the complaint in detail.
  • Inform us of your requests; return, exchange, discount, or sending additional parts.
  • Attach photos or a short video showing the problem.

Note! In case of damage during transport, please report the damage to us within 7 days from the date of product delivery.

Please keep the original packaging until the product has been fully inspected.

If it is necessary to return the goods for a complaint, please include the following documents:

  • Warranty card (if it was included in the package) - it should be fully completed. The service department needs to know whether the claim is to be handled under warranty or as post-warranty service.
  • Proof of purchase - necessary to identify your equipment.
  • Description of the defect - please make it clear and as detailed as possible. Lack of a defect description means the engineer handling your case will not be able to start the repair.
  • Address details - after the repair is completed, the equipment will be sent by courier to the provided address (this does not apply to personal pickup). If no address is given, the package will await completion of the details.
  • Email address and phone number - with this information, you will be informed about the progress of the order. After completion, information with the tracking number and courier company name will be sent to the provided email address. If the service technician has questions, they will be able to contact you.
  • Complaint reference number - before sending the product back, please contact the store to generate a complaint number! Without this number, the complaint period may be extended. If the product is under the manufacturer's warranty, an additional internal complaint number from the manufacturer may be required, which we will inform you about by email or phone.

The standard period for complaint processing is 14 days, but on average complaints are handled within 3-4 days from the date the shipment is received by the service.

Note! Some products are sent to the authorized service address of the manufacturer or distributor under the manufacturer's warranty, which may differ from our company's address.

Most products have a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated in the offer.
