Refund policy

In accordance with applicable regulations, we offer the possibility to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Additionally, as part of our customer-friendly policy, we allow free product returns up to 30 days, provided that certain return acceptance conditions are met.

Conditions for accepting consumer returns after 14 days

For a return to be accepted after 14 days, the returned product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • the product must not show signs of use,
  • the product must be returned in its original, complete packaging,
  • in the case of products shipped on a pallet - the pallet must be kept; its absence prevents product acceptance,
  • the product should be properly secured for transport.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the return value if the above conditions are not met.

B2B Returns

We also accept returns of products purchased by a company or business activity, acquired professionally, throughout the entire 30-day return period, provided that:

  • the product is unused,
  • the product is in its original packaging.

Return procedure

In your message, please inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract along with the order or invoice number.

After receiving your request, we will contact you to arrange the address and date for product collection.
Note: our warehouse address is different from the company headquarters address (in case of self-shipment).

We will notify you by email about the return status after we receive and check your return and provide information on acceptance or rejection of the refund. If the refund is accepted, it will be processed automatically via the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that the bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and complete the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since the refund approval, please contact us at info@presivo.com.
