Shipping policy
The standard time to prepare an order for shipment is usually up to 24 hours for products available in stock. Some products in our offer are available on order or delivered to the warehouse – in such cases, please contact our store to determine an approximate delivery date.
The shipping time is counted from the moment the payment is recorded in the case of bank transfer payments or from placing the order in the case of cash on delivery payments.
The order processing time is from 2 up to a maximum of 10 working days counted from the moment the order is paid.
For traditional bank transfer payments, the time to receive the package is extended by the time needed to process the transfer, and in the case of installment payments – by the time needed to prepare and sign the installment agreement.
Delivery methods and costs depend on the ordered products (type, dimensions, weight, quantity).
When placing an order, the shipping cost for the ordered products will be calculated automatically.
Deliveries in our store are carried out by, among others: DPD, GLS, inPost, Raben (pallets), Rohlig SUUS (pallets).
Tracking the parcel’s progress is possible on the carrier’s website by entering the shipment number, which will be sent to the email address at the moment the courier picks up the package.

Please track the parcel and contact the courier on the day of delivery if needed.
Note! Standard delivery of goods does not include the service of carrying it into the home (in the case of large-sized products / on a pallet).
If you wish to redirect the parcel or arrange a delivery date, please contact the courier company directly.
Please remember to check the condition of the packaging when receiving the parcel. In case of damage, fill out a damage report in the presence of the courier, and if you cannot check the parcel’s condition on the spot, ask the courier to note in the receipt protocol: 'Parcel accepted with reservations.' The delivery person knows that at your request they are obliged to fill out such documents. According to transport law, there are 7 calendar days to write the report. The products we send are insured. The courier is obliged to wait the necessary time to check the package.
We kindly ask you to keep the original packaging until the product is fully checked. The packaging may be needed in case of a return or complaint.
What to do if the order arrived incomplete or damaged
If you notice damage or shortages after receiving the order, please contact our store as soon as possible. Please send photos of the received contents and a brief description of the situation to the email address info@presivo.com. We will propose a solution within 24 hours.
All our shipments are insured and packed under camera supervision.
