Split footrest for podiatry
Two halves instead of one platform—each foot has its own support and angle. When treating one foot, the other leg can remain lower and out of the way. Separating the halves also provides access to the foot from the side and from the inside, not only from the front—this matters when treating ingrown toenails and working with a drill.

Manually adjust the angle of the halves
The footrests are adjusted mechanically, not electrically. One movement sets the half to a new angle. Manual adjustment works immediately and does not require another button on the remote, but it does require bending down to the footrest.

One leg higher, the other lower
This is the most common setup when working on one foot. The leg you are treating moves up and toward you. The other lowers so the client does not have to hold it in the air for an hour. During longer treatments, this independence eliminates the need to keep asking the client to change position.

Tilt function as the third actuator
It tilts the entire chair as one plane—the head moves down and the legs move up. This is not backrest reclining. The backrest, seat, and footrests remain in the same position relative to one another, while everything tilts at once—as shown in the photo by the angle of the seat and the footrests, which are clearly higher than the headrest. In podiatry, this is useful for treatments requiring the legs to be raised above heart level.

Seat height from 59 to 91 cm
For pedicures, the upper limit is the most important. At 91 cm, the client's feet are raised to a height that lets you work while sitting upright, without hunching over the footrest. The lower 59 cm setting is for getting in—the client sits down as on a regular chair, and you raise the chair afterward.

Folds out into a flat surface
The backrest, seat, and footrests form one flat plane. The podiatry chair can also be used for body treatments—in this position, it can accommodate massages or back treatments. When brought together, the footrest halves form a continuous surface without a gap beneath the calves.

Seated position for consultations
With the backrest upright and the footrests lowered, the client sits normally. This is useful during the consultation, when examining the foot before treatment, and when settling the bill. The armrests support the client's arms, so they do not have to lie helplessly on their back throughout the appointment.

Armrests that fold to the side
Folding the armrest away opens the side of the chair. The client can get in without lifting their legs over the chair, which matters for older people and those with limited mobility—a significant portion of podiatry practice clients. A folded armrest also provides unobstructed side access when working on the outer side of the foot.

Intermediate position for foot treatments
With the backrest slightly reclined and the footrests raised, the client is semi-reclined. This is the working position for most podiatry treatments: the client is relaxed but not lying flat, and the feet are at hand height. Each actuator moves smoothly and stops at any point within its range.

140 kg load capacity with a weight of 69 kg
140 kg is the load capacity declared by the manufacturer. The chair itself weighs 69 kg, so two people are needed to move it around the salon—it is not a piece of furniture that can be moved during cleaning. Its weight comes from the metal column and base, which provide stability when the seat is raised.
How much space it takes up in the salon
It is 88 cm wide including the armrests. For pedicures, you also need space for a stool at the foot end and room to pass on both sides, because the split footrest allows you to work first from the left and then from the right. The chair arrives in a 141 × 65 × 70 cm carton, so it will fit in an elevator.
Who is it for?
For foot treatments where each leg is positioned separately. The footrest is split, allowing you to reach the foot from the outside instead of working over the other leg.
FAQ
Are the footrest halves electrically controlled?
No, the angle is adjusted manually. The height, backrest, and tilt are electric.
What do the three actuators control?
The height, backrest angle, and tilt.
What is the load capacity?
140 kg.
How high does the seat rise?
From 59 to 91 cm.
How much does the chair weigh?
69 kg.
What should be used to disinfect the upholstery?
Alcohol-free products without strong detergents. Alcohol-based products and products such as Cif remove the protective layer from synthetic leather, causing the material to become dull and lose its flexibility.
