The Exo Classic File New Edition podiatry drill is a German-made device with a dust extractor for dry pedicures. The micromotor handpiece operates at up to 30,000 RPM, while the extensive menu monitors the filter status and temperature, ensuring safe long-term operation.

Two knobs, full control
The left knob adjusts the speed and rotation direction and activates pause mode. The right knob controls the suction power in 20 steps of 5% and shows the time remaining until filter replacement. Pressing and holding the right knob opens a menu where you can set the screen brightness and filter operating time and check the device's total operating time.
Dust extractor with filter monitoring
Dust is drawn through the openings in the handpiece directly into the filter bag, protecting the specialist's and client's lungs. When the bag becomes full, an icon on the screen lights up red - it is best to avoid working with an overfilled filter, as this strains the motor. Replacement bags are available in our store.
Temperature protection
When the temperature inside the device or handpiece exceeds 85°C, the drill switches off automatically. After cooling by 10-15 degrees, the message disappears and you can resume work - a simple safety feature that protects the motor during intensive treatments.
Everyday ergonomics
The handpiece fits comfortably in the hand, and the bur can be replaced in one movement thanks to the Push-in & Pull-out mechanism. The top of the housing features holes for placing burs during work, while the handpiece can be placed on the included silicone stand between treatments. The set also includes a tool for cleaning the collet.
