The basin angle is adjusted using bolts and nuts at its mounting points, and adjustment may be needed after transport. Loosen the nut, tighten the bolt underneath, and then tighten the nut again: one pair of bolts tilts the basin downward, while the other tilts it upward. Tighten gradually, a little on each side. If the basin still drops after adjustment, contact us.
