Brown on black
Warm upholstery on a cool, lacquered structure. Black ceramic and a black base create a backdrop against which the caramel leather takes center stage. This combination works well in salons with dark flooring and wood on the walls, where a white backwash unit would look like it belonged to a different set. Brown also conceals traces of styling products better than light upholstery.
Beechwood shell
Curved plywood covers the side of the seat and transitions into the armrest. Light beech sits between the caramel upholstery and black lacquer, separating the two surfaces. Without it, the seat would blend into the structure. This is a curved form, not veneer glued onto a board, so the edge remains continuous along the entire curve.
Basin neck rest with a pad
The neck rests on plastic, not cold ceramic. The neck rest is contoured to support the neck and covered with a soft pad. With black ceramic, this has an additional practical benefit: dark glaze feels colder to the touch, while the pad reduces that difference.
Mixer tap
You set the temperature with a single lever. The tap is positioned at the back of the bowl, out of the client's way, with space beside it to place the hand shower. This keeps the hand shower out of the basin and prevents it from obstructing the drain during rinsing.
Strainer plug
The strainer catches hair above the trap. The plug closes the drain and filters the water. Hair stays on top, where it is immediately visible, instead of flowing into the pipe and accumulating there until it becomes blocked. On black ceramic, light hair is also more visible than on white.
Synthetic leather upholstery
The seat has 12 cm of foam padding. The surface is smooth, with single tufting on the backrest and headrest. The shallow stitching does not collect dye, so disinfection only requires wiping. Synthetic leather withstands everyday salon products.
Connection concealed in the base
The pipes run inside the structure, not along the wall. The water supply and drain enter the base from below. The backwash unit requires a permanent connection to the water supply and drainage system.

The basin tilts downward. What should I do?
The basin angle is adjusted using the nuts and bolts at its mounting points, and adjustment may be needed after transport. Loosen the nut, tighten the bolt underneath, then tighten the nut again: one pair of bolts tilts the basin downward and the other upward. Tighten gradually, a little on each side. If the basin still tilts downward after adjustment, contact us.
