The Eso 5 divides the tabletop into four sections: a 44 cm headrest, two middle sections measuring 46 and 52 cm, and a 93 cm leg section. It also has a retractable 40 cm footrest. You can adjust the height with the remote control from 52–95 cm.

Four sections instead of two
You can adjust each tabletop section separately, from the headrest to the legs. More joints mean you do not have to choose between a position that is good for the spine and one that is good for the limbs. During lymphatic drainage, you can raise the legs while keeping the torso flat; during neck therapy, you can seat the patient in a semi-reclined position without changing the position of the rest of the body.
Retractable footrest
The 40 cm footrest lowers 20 cm below the tabletop. Lowering the end section creates a semi-seated position with bent knees—useful when working on the lumbar region, where straightened legs tense the hamstrings. It also makes it easier for patients who do not tolerate getting up from a flat lying position.
Electric height adjustment from 52–95 cm
The wired remote controls the height across a range of 43 centimeters. The upper limit of 95 cm is convenient for therapists over 185 cm tall who work standing. You can use the lower setting when seating the patient and during treatments performed while seated.
Water-resistant upholstery
Synthetic leather withstands wiping with an alcohol-free product. A table with four segments has more stitching and recesses where oil can collect, so it matters that the material does not absorb it. Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth after each visit.
