You sit lower than the client's foot on the footrest. During a pedicure, the work area is at or just above floor level. An office-height stool would force you to bend over throughout the treatment because your knees would be higher than your hands. The 28 cm height places you below the foot, not above it—you look at the nail from the side, not from above.
Ring-shaped frame
Instead of a column and arms, there is one closed ring. A classic five-star base would not fit under the seat at this height. The 11 cm-high ring distributes the weight across four casters and also serves as a place to rest your foot when pushing yourself along.
Quilted seat
The stitching divides the filling and maintains its shape when there is no height adjustment. This stool has one height and one position, so you always sit in the same place on the seat.
