Azzurro 156-F bump-up gray beauty stool
Gray version of model 156-F. The height adjusts from 50 to 62 cm and is operated by foot, so you do not have to put down your tools or bend down to reach a lever. The backrest has two adjustment axes: 8 cm vertically and up to 9 cm away from the seat. The 42 x 42 cm seat is contoured, while the 57 cm base has a 30 cm diameter bump-up ring.

Bump-up, or foot-operated height adjustment
You do not have to bend down or put down what you are holding. The gas lift lever is positioned so that it can be reached with your foot. The adjustment range is 50 to 62 cm, or 12 cm. When you change the height frequently during work, there is no need to put down your tools or bend down to reach a knob.
Backrest adjustable in two axes
The backrest support has its own adjustment knob. Raise it by 8 cm or move it up to 9 cm away from the seat, so the backrest supports the part of your back where you need it. When leaning forward, the moved-back backrest stays out of the way.
42 x 42 cm contoured seat
8 cm of padding and a contoured edge. The seat is not a flat disc. Its contoured surface supports the pelvis and prevents you from sliding forward, while the sloping edge keeps pressure off the thigh behind the knee. The 42 x 42 cm dimensions provide genuine space even during longer periods of sitting.
Bump-up ring in the base
A 30 cm diameter ring is fitted into the chrome base around the lift. It releases the lift: press it with your foot anywhere around its circumference to adjust the height without touching the stool with your hands. The base has a 57 cm span and five arms, so the stool does not tilt when reaching to the side.
