At 70 cm, it is 10 cm wider than the basic series. On a narrower tabletop, a client with broader shoulders lies with their arms beyond the edge and subconsciously tenses their muscles to stay in position. The wider tabletop eliminates this problem and also gives you room to rest your forearm during techniques requiring longer, even pressure.
Height adjustment: 62–92 cm
Adjust the height using the knobs on the legs, without tools. Each leg consists of two elements that slide into one another, with a row of holes. Loosen the knob, move the leg, tighten it—and repeat four times. The maximum height of 92 cm allows you to work standing without leaning over the tabletop, which directly benefits your back when performing several treatments a day.
Headrest and face opening
The horseshoe headrest adjusts in two planes and can be removed completely. You can adapt the angle and height to the length of the client's neck, preventing the neck from remaining hyperextended throughout the treatment. Once the headrest is removed, an opening remains in the tabletop for face-up work, while the included cover restores a flat surface when the opening is not needed.
Armrests and armrest shelf
The armrests support the weight of the arms when lying face down. This leaves the shoulder blades and shoulder girdle exposed, so you do not have to ask the client to reposition their arms halfway through the treatment. The front shelf, mounted on the headrest side, supports the forearms when leaning forward. Both elements snap into place and can be removed just as quickly.
Assembly and transport
The bag designed for the wider tabletop measures 90 x 70 x 15 cm. It is 10 cm taller than the 60 cm series, so if you have a small trunk, it is worth measuring the available space before purchasing. Otherwise, the mechanism is unchanged: the two sections fasten together with latches to form a flat suitcase, while the straps under the tabletop hold the headrest and armrests in place.
Faux leather upholstery
The material is waterproof, so oil and disinfectants do not soak in. Simply wipe the tabletop with a damp cloth between clients, and the surface remains sealed. The foam beneath the upholstery cushions hand pressure during acupressure techniques.
