Safe sterilization of a wide range of instruments
The Fomos Foster 8 L autoclave is professional equipment that will be suitable for any beauty salon, nail styling salon, and other places where it is important to maintain the sterility of instruments used during procedures. Sterilization in a top-class B medical autoclave ensures the full effectiveness and safety of the process, thereby helping maintain high hygiene standards in the practice. The equipment is designed to sterilize both medical and non-medical instruments, wrapped and unwrapped, porous, solid, and those with recesses and channels. The device may be operated exclusively by qualified personnel with the knowledge and appropriate training required to operate this type of equipment.
Enhancements for greater functionality
The device is equipped with a control panel with an LED display, allowing users to select the appropriate programs or parameters and monitor the process in real time. The built-in thermal printer prints confirmation of the sterilization process, including information such as the date and time of the cycle, temperature changes, and pressure changes. In addition, the USB port allows sterilization results to be saved digitally. Built-in tanks for distilled and used water significantly streamline operation. The self-diagnostic system indicates when an error occurs by displaying appropriate messages, such as loss of door seal integrity or sensor damage, which helps reduce the risk of equipment damage.
Available sterilization and test programs
The autoclave is pre-programmed with 5 sterilization programs and 2 test programs for performing vacuum and B&D-Helix tests. It allows parameters to be selected according to individual needs and the prepared load while maintaining full process safety. It is also possible to adjust the sterilization and drying times, making it easier to adapt the cycle to the type of instruments and the specifics of the packages.
