The basin angle is adjusted using the screws and nuts at its mounting point, and adjustment may be necessary after transport. Loosen the nut, tighten the screw underneath, and then tighten the nut again: one pair of screws tilts the basin downward, while the other tilts it upward. Tighten gradually, a little at a time on each side. If the basin still tilts downward after adjustment, contact us.
