Adjustable basin angle

Do not use alcohol-based products or strong cleaners such as Cif on synthetic leather. Choose products intended for faux leather, and wipe the surface with a damp cloth after disinfection.
The basin is dropping down. What should I do?
The basin angle is adjusted using the screws and nuts at its mounting point, and adjustment may be needed after transport. Loosen the nut, tighten the screw underneath, then retighten the nut: one pair of screws tilts the basin down and the other tilts it up. Tighten gradually, a little at a time on each side. If the basin still drops after adjustment, contact us.
