The basin angle is adjusted using screws with nuts at the mounting points, and adjustment may be needed after transport. Loosen the nut, tighten the screw underneath, then tighten the nut again: one pair of screws tilts the basin downward, while the other tilts it upward. Tighten them gradually, a little on each side. If the basin still drops after adjustment, contact us.
