The basin drops downward. What should I do?
The basin angle is adjusted using screws with nuts at the basin mount, and adjustment may be necessary after transport. Loosen the nut, tighten the screw underneath, then tighten the nut again: one pair of screws tilts the basin downward, the other upward. Tighten gradually, a little on each side. If the basin still drops after adjustment, contact us.
