The basin angle is adjusted using screws with nuts at its mounting points, and adjustment may be needed after transport. Loosen the nut, tighten the screw underneath, and then tighten the nut again: one pair of screws tilts the basin down, while the other tilts it up. Tighten gradually, a little on each side at a time. If the basin still drops after adjustment, contact us.
