Do not use alcohol-based products or strong cleaners such as Cif on synthetic leather. Choose products intended for synthetic leather, and after disinfection, wipe the surface with a damp cloth.
The basin tilts downward. What should I do?
The basin angle is adjusted using screws with nuts at the mounting point, and adjustment may be necessary after transportation. Loosen the nut, tighten the screw underneath, then tighten the nut again: one pair of screws tilts the basin downward, and the other upward. Tighten them gradually, a little on each side. If the basin still tilts downward after adjustment, contact us.
