Back massage
Four rollers work inside the backrest, moving along the spine. The client receives a back massage while you wash their hair, turning one treatment into two.
You activate the massage with a separate knob on the side of the chair, independently of the footrest.
Massage control
The knob with an illuminated ring is mounted on the chair housing. It is within easy reach of both you and the client.
Electric footrest
The footrest extends and retracts using buttons mounted on the chair housing beside the basin column. The client gets calf support without manual adjustment.
Quilted backrest
The backrest features diamond quilting, distinguishing this version from the standard Sylvia with a smooth backrest. The quilting also extends to the headrest above the basin.
Ceramic basin
The basin is black ceramic and measures 50 x 57 cm. Ceramic does not absorb dyes or conditioners. The collar is shaped to support the neck, and a soft pad rests on the edge.
Drain plug with strainer
A metal plug with a strainer sits in the drain. It catches hair before it reaches the plumbing and can be removed for cleaning.
Installation concealed in the column
The water connection and drain run inside the column beneath the basin.

How does the massage work?
Four rollers move along the spine inside the chair backrest. They are activated with a knob on the housing, independently of the footrest.
How does this version differ from the standard Sylvia?
It has a back massage and a diamond-quilted backrest. The standard Sylvia has a smooth backrest and no massage function.
What are the dimensions of the wash unit?
91.5 cm deep and 71 cm wide. The basin measures 50 x 57 cm.
Is the faucet included?
Yes. A mixer tap, hand shower, hoses and drain plug with strainer are included.
What should I use to disinfect the upholstery?
Do not use alcohol-based products or strong cleaners such as Cif on synthetic leather. Choose products intended for faux leather, then wipe the surface with a damp cloth after disinfection.
The basin tilts downward. What should I do?
The basin angle is adjusted using the bolts and nuts at its mounting point, and adjustment may be needed after transport. Loosen the nut, tighten the bolt underneath, then tighten the nut again: one pair of bolts tilts the basin downward and the other upward. Tighten gradually, a little on each side. If the basin still tilts downward after adjustment, contact us.
