- Soft bowl neck cushion
- Mixer tap, shower handset and hoses included

Back massage
Four rollers move along the spine inside the backrest. The client receives a back massage while you wash their hair, turning one treatment into two.
Electric footrest
The footrest extends and retracts at the touch of a button. The client gets support under their calves without manual adjustment, and you do not have to interrupt your work to reposition them.
Button panel beside the chair
The buttons are located on the chair housing, next to the steel column. You can reach them while standing behind the client, without walking around the chair.
Footrest mechanism
The actuator and footrest arms are concealed beneath the seat. The construction is made of steel, and the entire mechanism remains within the chair's outline when the footrest is retracted.
Quilted backrest
The backrest features diamond quilting, distinguishing this version from the standard Sylvia with a smooth backrest. The quilting also extends to the headrest above the bowl.
Ceramic bowl
The bowl is ceramic, black and measures 50 x 57 cm. Ceramic does not absorb dyes or conditioners. The neck rest is shaped to support the neck, with a soft cushion on the edge.
Drain stopper with strainer
A metal stopper with a strainer is fitted in the drain. It catches hair before it enters the plumbing and can be removed for cleaning.
Fittings included
The mixer tap, shower handset and hoses are included, in black and chrome. The handset has its own holder, and everything is ready for installation.
Installation concealed in the column
The water connection and drain run inside the column beneath the bowl.
Upholstery
The chair is upholstered in black synthetic leather with decorative stitching. The seat is filled with foam, and the armrests are upholstered along their entire length.
Who is it for?
For a salon that sells hair washing as a separate treatment rather than merely an introduction to a haircut. The back massage gives you a reason to price the care ritual higher than hair washing alone.
Versions without massage
Sylvia without the massage function is available in black and in beige. The upgraded version with quilted sides is the Sylvia Plus with massage.
FAQ
How does the massage work?
Four rollers in the chair backrest move along the spine and relax the back while the hair is being washed.
How does this version differ from the standard Sylvia?
It has a back massage and a diamond-quilted backrest. The standard Sylvia has a smooth backrest and no massage function.
What are the dimensions of the backwash unit?
91.5 cm deep and 71 cm wide. The bowl measures 50 x 57 cm.
Are the fittings included?
Yes. The mixer tap, shower handset, hoses and stopper with strainer are included.
What should I use to disinfect the upholstery?
Do not use alcohol-based products or strong cleaners such as Cif on synthetic leather. Choose products intended for faux leather, then wipe the surface with a damp cloth after disinfecting.
The bowl tilts downward. What should I do?
The bowl angle is adjusted with the screws and nuts at its mounting point, and adjustment may be needed after transport. Loosen the nut, tighten the screw underneath, then tighten the nut again: one pair of screws tilts the bowl downward, while the other tilts it upward. Tighten gradually, a little on each side. If the bowl still tilts downward after adjustment, contact us.
