The basin can be tilted and positioned where the client's neck rests. Everyone has a different height and neck length, so the support point varies.
Ceramic basin
The basin measures 50 x 57 cm and is black. Ceramic does not absorb dyes or conditioners, withstands chemical products, and its smooth surface is easy to clean.
Upholstered armrests

The basin is dropping down. What should I do?
The basin angle is adjusted using the nuts and bolts at its mounting point, and transport may make adjustment necessary. Loosen the nut, tighten the bolt underneath, then tighten the nut again: one pair of bolts tilts the basin down, and the other tilts it up. Tighten gradually, a little on each side. If the basin still drops after adjustment, contact us.
