The basin moves vertically by 27 cm
You adjust it to the chair instead of adjusting the client to the basin. The basin is suspended from the frame and moves up and down. The 27 cm range is enough to accommodate both a low hydraulic chair in its lowest position and a chair raised for a treatment. The client does not have to bend their legs at an uncomfortable angle or reach down with their feet.
The basin can be removed from the frame
You carry only the basin to empty it, not the entire unit. The basin rests on a wire basket and lifts out without unscrewing anything. After the treatment, you take it to the sink, wash it and put it back. It holds approximately 5 litres and measures 40 x 35 x 15 cm, so there is enough water to cover the feet, while carrying the full basin does not require much strength.
Padded bar at calf height
The frame’s upper crossbar is soft rather than bare. An upholstered roller is attached to the frame’s upper bar. The client rests their leg on it while one foot is soaking in the basin and the other is waiting. Without it, the calf would rest against a painted tube. During a longer treatment, this is a difference the client can feel.
Locking knobs
Two knobs hold the selected height in place. You adjust the height manually and lock it using the knobs on the sides of the frame. There is no electrical or hydraulic system, or anything else that could break down. The structure stands on four feet, so it does not move accidentally during treatment, and at 6.1 kg you can carry it with one hand.
