Safe sterilization of a wide range of instruments
The compact Woson New Tanco 12 L autoclave is indispensable equipment for every beauty salon, nail-styling salon, and other places where maintaining the sterility of instruments used during treatments is essential. Class B medical-grade autoclave sterilization ensures the complete effectiveness and safety of the process, thereby helping maintain high hygiene standards in the treatment room. The equipment is designed to sterilize both medical and non-medical instruments, packaged and unpackaged, solid, hollow Type A items, and porous items. The device may be operated only by qualified personnel with the knowledge and appropriate training required to operate this type of equipment.
Enhancements to increase functionality
The device is equipped with a control panel with an LED display, allowing users to select the appropriate programs or parameters and monitor the process as it takes place. The built-in thermal printer can print a sterilization process confirmation, containing information such as the date and time the cycle was carried out, as well as changes in temperature and pressure. Additionally, the back of the device features a connector that allows a dedicated printer to be connected if necessary, while the USB port allows sterilization results to be saved digitally on the USB flash drive included in the set. Built-in tanks for distilled and used water significantly streamline operation. The device features a distilled-water quality control function. The self-diagnosis system indicates when an error occurs by displaying appropriate messages, such as that the door is not fully closed or that the tank needs to be emptied or the water replaced, helping to reduce the risk of equipment damage.
Available sterilization, testing, and cleaning programs
The autoclave has 4 sterilization programs, 2 test programs—allowing you to perform three tests: the Vacuum Test, B&D Test, and Helix Test—a program for regular maintenance and cleaning of the lines (Automatic Pipe Cleaning), as well as a drying program (Drying Function) that meets enhanced drying standards. This allows you to select parameters according to individual needs and the prepared load. You can also set and save your own sterilization parameters using custom mode (CUSTOM).
