Safe sterilization of a wide range of tools
The compact autoclave Woson New Tanco 8 L is an indispensable device that will work well in any beauty salon, nail styling, and other places where maintaining sterility of tools used during procedures is important. Sterilization with a top-class medical B autoclave ensures full effectiveness and safety of the process, facilitating the maintenance of high hygiene standards in the office. The equipment is intended for sterilizing both medical and non-medical tools, packaged and unpackaged, uniform, hollow items type A, and porous items. The device may only be operated by qualified personnel who have the knowledge and appropriate training in handling this type of equipment.
Improvements to enhance functionality
The device is equipped with a control panel with LED display, allowing selection of appropriate programs or parameters and real-time monitoring of the process. The built-in thermal printer enables printing confirmation of the sterilization process, including information such as the date and time of the cycle, temperature changes, and pressure. Additionally, at the back of the device, there is a connector that allows, if needed, connection of a dedicated printer, and the USB port allows saving sterilization results digitally on the included USB drive. Built-in tanks for distilled and used water significantly improve operation. The device has a distilled water quality control function. The self-diagnosis system notifies when an error occurs by displaying appropriate messages, e.g., door not closed properly or the need to empty the tank or replace water, reducing the risk of equipment damage.
Available sterilization, test, and cleaning programs
The autoclave has programmed: 4 sterilization programs, 2 test programs – allowing three tests to be performed: vacuum test (Vacuum Test), B&D test (B&D Test), and Helix test (Helix Test), a program for regular maintenance and pipe cleaning (Automatic Pipe Cleaning), and a drying program (Drying Function) meeting enhanced drying standards. This allows for customizing parameters to individual needs and the prepared load. There is also the possibility to set and save your own sterilization parameters through the custom mode (CUSTOM).
