White basin on a white base
The entire design is white, including the ceramic basin. On most hair wash stations, only the basin is white while the base remains black. The basin is dropping downward. What should I do?
The basin angle is adjusted with nuts and bolts at its mounting point, and adjustment may be needed after transport. Loosen the nut, tighten the bolt underneath, then tighten the nut again: one pair of bolts tilts the basin downward and the other upward. Tighten gradually, a little on each side. If the basin still drops after adjustment, contact us.
