The basin angle is adjusted using the bolts and nuts at its mount, and correction may be necessary after transport. Loosen the nut, tighten the bolt underneath, then tighten the nut again: one pair of bolts tilts the basin downward, and the other upward. Tighten them gradually, a little on each side. If the basin still tilts downward after adjustment, contact us.
