- 13 mm diameter rubber mandrel
- 20 Med Cap sanding caps, grit 80

Filters protecting the dust extractor
Replaceable filters maintain the proper operation of the extraction system. Regular replacement preserves suction power and reduces the risk of turbine overload - an overly full filter restricts airflow and increases operating temperature. Filter dimensions: 17 x 9.4 cm, opening 2.2 cm.
Mandrel and Med Cap sanding caps
Waterproof Exo Blue Med Cap 13 mm caps with cosmetic corundum abrasive make it easier to remove calluses, corns and hardened skin and smooth the skin of the ball of the foot. The composite core ensures durability and a secure fit on the mandrel, while the selected abrasive properties help limit skin heating. The mandrel shank diameter is 2.32 mm.
Safe operating speed
13 mm caps and mandrels should be used at a speed not exceeding 10,000 rpm. Higher speeds may cause micromotor vibration and shorten its service life.
Who is it for
The set is suitable for podiatry practices and pedicure salons working with Exo drills with a dust extractor.
Compatible devices
The filters fit, among others, the Exo Classic File, Exo Podo Line and Exo Supernova drills.
